What clients usually want to know
What exactly does Sixty Fathoms Maintenance Management do?
We organize and maintain a complete digital record of your vessel's maintenance — what was serviced or repaired, when it was done, who did it, what parts were used, what it cost, and what maintenance is coming due.
What do you need from me to get started?
Basic vessel information such as vessel name, make and model, year, engines, generators and other major equipment. If you already have maintenance records, invoices, receipts or parts information, send those too.
What if I don't have any maintenance records?
We establish a starting point with the information you do have and build the history from there. Anything unknown stays identified as unknown instead of being guessed.
Do I have to enter everything myself?
No. You send the maintenance information, receipts, invoices and service records. Sixty Fathoms organizes and updates the system for you.
Will you track what I'm spending?
Yes. Maintenance and repair costs are tracked so you can see what work was performed, what parts were purchased and what the vessel has been costing you to maintain.
Will you track when maintenance is due?
Yes. Service intervals can be tracked by date, engine hours or the interval that applies to the equipment.
Does this replace my mechanic's records?
No. Mechanic invoices and service reports become supporting documentation. Sixty Fathoms brings those separate records together into one organized vessel history.
Can I see an example before I sign up?
Absolutely. The protected fictional demo on this page shows how the system works and what your vessel records can look like.
Ready to organize your vessel history?
Send the vessel basics and whatever records you already have. We can start from today, or reconstruct prior maintenance history if you want earlier records brought into the system.
Core approach: You send us what happens with the vessel. We keep the record organized, track what it cost, document what was done, and keep track of what comes due next.
